I was asked to do a short demo of my teaching style on the board, and treat the interviewers like students. Then they asked questions like, how would I handle certain teaching problems with students, how do I teach to different learning styles, what are some of my formative and summative teaching assessments, would I be interested in spending extra time doing professional development, what trends do I see in teaching math in the next 5 years.
