Completed a preinterview screening call 3 weeks after applying for the job. 1 month later had an online interview which lasted roughly an hour. I received positive feed back during the interview and was told I would be contacted within the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I followed up as I had not heard back. I was told they still hadn’t made a decision. This is the second time I have interviewed with vale and the same ghosting has happened. I would say overall the experience left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. I would not want to work for the company at this point.
