The process was fairly standardized. There was an initial call for screening, a technical interview and then a final culture fit step. You can't really prep for the culture or screening steps but for the technical interview, you will need to be able to think to through different problems and consider a wide range of solutions while thinking out loud. While the problems range from easy to hard, it really felt like they were more interested in the process of how you would solve the problem versus knowing the actual answer each time.
