Entrevista
3 stage interview process.
First interview was a telephone interview with someone from HR. Basic interview questions including "What motivates you to get up every morning and go to work?", "Why are you interested in this job?", "What do you know about VPI?", etc... After this interview I was sent skill assessments that evaluated spelling and grammar, Microsoft Outlook skills, and a typing test.
Second interview was with a Supervisor and Manager at the location I was applying to, as well as someone from HR. This was the lengthiest and most comprehensive interview of the 3. Had to do a roleplay pretending I was calling an employer and explaining VPI's services to them. After this interview I was sent a personality assessment to complete.
Third interview was with the Vice President of VPI and the Director of Job Developing. More of a back-and-forth Q&A with lots of opportunity for me to ask them questions about the organization.

Entrevista
The first step was a screening phone interview with HR. After that there was a panel interview in person with two managers. Once I received an offer, the process was quick to get references checked and formalize everything.
Three interviews, mostly straight forward. The people were nice and easy to speak with. The last interview was in an office with 5 other people, sort of daunting but it was fine.
