4 stage interview; recruiter was friendly and helpful. Technical with engineer was positive. The technical involved an hour "offline" coding challenge then 30mins to ask questions. The questions didn't make sense though as the coding challenge covered that. They claim not to use your code but ask you to send it to them via email. It seems companies are using these interviews to challenge their devs; without actual intention to proceed. Finally they seem too focused on their Israel group. Even the coding challenge's example was Tel Aviv. It leaves very little room for interpretation and might dissuade potential employees from joining. No need to make this political; especially when you are headquartered in Paris!
