The interview is difficult. The CEO asked questions in detail. Better be thorough about your technical aspects e.g. projects etc. before attending the interview. They focus on aero components and therefore be familiar with aerospace materials and standards.

the interview was pretty straight forward, the questions were mostly based on my B-tech project. also some questions were asked based on mechanical manufacturing and design. the interview panel consisted of 3 members and lasted around 20 minutes.
