Applied through LinkedIn and the employer portal, and was contacted via SMS to schedule a pre-screening. I was informed during the interview that the recruiter assigned to me was out of the office and another HR person unrelated to recruitment would take care of the pre-screening call. - Unprofessional approach during and pre-interview. - Recruiter seems not to know how Project Management works and tries to tell me how projects work - Severely underpaid for the scope of work and experience requirements.
