Telephone interview was scheduled a week ahead, the interviewer called roughly 15mins late, he didn't even apology for the late call. He sound like he just woke up, he had no idea what to ask, it was short 5 mins conversation of waste of my time. He said will keep in touch, but I don't think I want to work at a place where HR don't have respect for the possible future employees.

Received a message from recruiter requesting a phone screen. After phone screen with recruiter, was asked to come in and interview onsite with the person currently in the seat and another team member. The in-person interview lasted about an hour. It was an open ended "tell me about your work history" conversation followed by several "tell me when" questions. After the interview, I was told the recruiter would be in touch with next steps. Sent thank you note to the two people that interviewed me as well as the recruiter, but never received a response. It's been three weeks and there has been no word, so I presume I'm being ghosted and they're just not that into me.
