HR agency reached out and they were great. Background check and checking of my credential in previous companies by reaching out to my last superiors. Here are the steps they took: 1. HR interview 2. Director of the branch 3. Direct supervisor The process was easy the people I met were great and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions. All the questions directed to me were straightforward and easy to answer if you are prepared beforehand with experience and knowledge.
