Very fast, mostly just wanted too see your enthusiasm and how you keep children engaged. Use props and lots of hand gestures. Make sure internet is fast enough and no noise

I did the demo, got hired, spent many hours doing tedious self training, then 2.5 of the same stuff in a live training session with a trainer, then had to get many documents together, create a specific profile video for them, bought the required purple shirt, was about to print the required background poster (neither of which were mentioned in the application or demo and only was revealed in the last module of online training), submitted hours and everything...then 2 days later I got an email and a group message to all the teachers who trained in my session to say that it has been put on hold until at least December, student numbers drastically declined in the last two weeks...they made us do all that training and setting up everything for nothing, telling us it was so busy and they were desperate for teachers to start immediately...it will likely not pick up in Dec either. They were dishonest and should not have had us do the training when they knew it wouldn't start until at least Dec. Complete waste of time and very disorganized from the start.
