Brief phone interview about your years of experience with kids. Submit a 2 minute video teaching a few slides from VIPKid curriculum - they will provide. Teach mock class to a teacher acting as a student - 2 lessons are possible, and you prep for both. You won’t know which one you’re teaching until you enter the classroom.

How many years experience do you have working with children
just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
