Lots of questions and you have to complete a mock interview. The lady I had was very helpful. The interviewers are very encouraging and offer helpful feedback t osucceed.I am very happy working for VIPKID. It is very rewarding. I love it.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
