The online interview and demo went great. Then I had my mock 1 lesson and passed on to mock 2. They said I didn’t passed and I asked for another chance. Vipkid agreed but I can not get into my account because it pops up my unsuccessful mock 2 comments. How do I get into my account where I can record myself to email to the company?
