Three online interviews with three different people.
The first is a Chinese adult pretending to be a 5 year old child.
If you pass the first, then you'll have a "Mock 1," where an American adult pretends to be a child.
If you pass Mock 1, then you do a Mock 2, in which an American first pretends to be a child,
then shifts into a 12 year old. If you pass Mock 2, you are hired.
Apologies that your interview experience was lacking, we are working to improve with additional training.

Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
