It was good and took around 30 minutes.
We were called at 9:00 AM but the interview Period started after a while.
I was asked if I am ready to be introduced in English language. And the interview continued through English.

They asked me about my customer service experience.
The interviewer was calm and professional, the interview was really enjoyable, where I shared my skill and experience with the interviewer, the whole session was stress free. I am hopeful to get the positive.
The interview was right on time, the HR staff are kind and very professional. The interviewer also responded to any of my questions with clear answer. Overall it was a pretty good interview experience.
Applied online through recruitment agency. Selected and called for interview after two weeks. The interview process is online, straight forward questions concerning the company, the job, ability to work with people, ability to work with customers and how to satisfy them. Your strengths and weaknesses.
