The application procedure was a real disaster. I received feedback on my application 1,5 mont after I've sent my resume. I received a mail in which they invited me for a first interview. I replied with a few options to have a first Skype interview. No reply. I've sent a few reminders and finally after one month the first Skype interview took place with a recruiter from Switzerland. Interview went well and they invited me for a second Skype interview in the same week with the hiring manager. The second Skype interview went well again and I was invited for a face to face interview in the offices in Bornem. This was almost two months ago. Nothing heard since then. I gave up to seek for feedback as I did this already 5 times during the whole application process. Really disappointing to see how they treat candidates. Not an HR department I want to work for.
