The interviewer showed up 30 min late. The real awkwardness started when the conversation ended in less than 2 min. Responses to "Do you have any questions" lasted 30 seconds as only one word answers were given. VCNY should treat candidates with respect and act as professionals; it speaks volumes about the company culture. A candidate doesn't come all the way from Manhattan to the suburbs of NJ for such a unprofessional encounter.
