Scheduled a Phone Interview. Got the call and was given a very detailed description of the job. I was asked a few questions on my past experience, then I asked more questions about the position.
After the phone call, I was emailed to do a short Assessment consisting of:
Cognitive Ability to challenge your problem-solving abilities
Motivation to get a sense of how much the role will interest you
Personality to see how much you’ll enjoy the job itself
I was then emailed that they are moving forward with other candidates that have more experience.
