Hiring manager was great. I had a great time during the interview process. So I received a offer, it was 15k less than what we talked about and I would already be taking a pay cut for this position. The next day I had a phone conversation with the CFO. He was rude and acted like I owed him to take the job. He was trying to justify the low ball offer by saying I would make more money due to all the overtime I would work. He talked about the benefits and they are the same as my job now. I would have liked to worked for the company and the hiring manager. But the CFO ruined this for me. They NEED an HR manager.
