A semi formal power point about the company and what they seek to achieve in their detailed marketing strategies and the core values of the company. They also go about listing what they seek in an employee and ask if the interviewee fit the bill. Then they have a small survey which is a small review of their interview process while you wait to be let known if you have been hired or not

We met via zoom for 30 minutes. Dan was really nice snd broke down the position in great detail. He was patient as he answered all of my millions of questions.

Asked me if I have sales experience. Asked me if I'd be comfortable being trained, as I don't have much sales experience.

Entrevista
The first interview lasts 5 mins. You are invited the next day for a second interview. The details of the job are never shared until the 2nd interview. It is a commission based job, yet it is advertised as a 30-40k position. This is considered false advertisement. I feel companies that try to cut corners by underpaying their employees are not ethical.
