Interview was in-depth, and I felt like they really got to know me and my work style. They asked me some harder questions like how other people perceived me at my past jobs, etc, the good and the bad. It was an extremely fast process, but I did go through 4 layers of interviews with people in various parts of the company, including the CEO, which made me confident stepping into the role in a short period.
One thing I definitely noticed was what I thought were excessive questions about my personal finances - at times implying that things were very “rough/tough” for me in the past based on my resume, and seeking confirmation multiple times of my “hard times” even when I tried to answer in a classy way, which I found reallllllly, strange. It didn’t feel like a job interview at that point, far too personal, but maybe they had reasons for asking. It might have been better if they’d just asked to run my credit, so I could say yes or no on my own time lol.
Offer - The initial offer was a range that started lower than the posted salary range, and with no mention of the bonus that was in the job posting.
However, they immediately accepted my counteroffer, which was closer to my salary history, so I moved forward. Bonus was tbd
