After filling out their application, I quickly received notification that my application looked good. The hiring manager sent me a link to take a series of tests and even gave me a second try on the tying test since I was just below the threshold required to pass. After that, I had to do an interview, but it wasn't very typical. The interview required the prospect to record themselves answering a series of questions as if they were talking to an interviewer (I think there were three). It was the first time I ever did something like that, and it was a bit of an overwhelming experience talking to my webcam with no feedback.
