* Application package included cover letter, curriculum vitae, reference letters and contacts and proof of diplomas/degrees.
* Followed by a video interview the search committee, of about one hour, with questions that are asked to all candidates to select a few for the in person interview.
* In person interview during on average one day and a half - presentation combining research plan, sample of a class, and short- and long term projects.
