You have to go through three interviews before you are even hired or even meet the boss. They are insanely picky about who they hire and everyone’s “contract” is written up differently everything has to be confidential or you will be written up. You also have a “working” interview where you are thrown into a room with a kid and they just observe you. The third interview you have to meet with the clinical director whom gives you a box of junk and he just observes you playing with it to decide if you are creative enough for the job or not.
