non-technical Initial 30 minutes chat to assess motivation etc, then a 45m/1hr System Design round, on some part of a CRM system with the panel seeking to hear BigQuery being considered and chosen but the problem outline is quite confusingly laid out. Unprofessional in how they conducted the interview, as the 2 individuals scheduled to be in the System Design call weren't even the people who ended up showing up. Some random bloke show up in the middle of the interview to presumably observe the interview too. They have this cultish strange vibe going on which isn't unusual for a start-up.
