The first step was solving the engineering questions on an automated system. Once completed, HR reached our for an initial interview. Next, I interviewed with the CTO. The next interview was with the chief scientist. The final interview was a pair programming exercise with the lead developer.

Beware of low salary offers!!!
I should say that I am a minority: woman and immigrant. I graduated as valedictorian of my engineering school and had 4 years of experience at the time of interview.
During the negotiation process for salary, I had stated to the CEO that I was interested in around 100k. Immediately when I stated that, I saw disappointment on the CEO's face and the language changed from "we would love to have you at Ursa" to "if you *choose* to work for us."
They offered me slightly above 80k and I declined that. Without even any negotiation, I was very easily able to get 105k with yearly 10k bonuses at a remote, NYC-based company and was quickly promoted to 122k within a year. Negotiating this would have been very difficult at Ursa.

I submitted my resume online and then went into the office on two different days. The interview on the first day was 3-4 hours and the second day was about 2 hours long.
Most of the interview focused on behavioral questions or technical questions related to the resume.
There was also a 1-hour technical interview where I was asked to design a social media site with specific features, and talk about the backend's business logic, database's data models, and basic functionality on the frontend. I wasn't interviewing for a frontend position, so the focus was on the backend & data models.
