Brief phone screen with the VP of Engineering, with a very quick follow up scheduling on site interview. On site consisted of 4 interviews with different team members over the course of 3 hours. We started with a simple coding exercise with 2 interviewers, who then switched half way through. Next was a short break and I was shown around the office. After that was a 1 on 1 with another team member and a data modeling session that followed. Everyone was very friendly and engaged, and made me feel welcome. The next morning! I got an email checking my availability for a quick call, where I was explained that they decided to pass on me and the feedback was given. I was very impressed by how personal, clear and reasonable the entire process was.
