I have given 3 technical rounds so far. First technical round was scheduled at late evening on Friday, it went very well. Then 2nd technical round was scheduled on Sunday, then there was no follow up for the next 2 weeks, after 2 weeks recruiter reached out to scheduling 3rd round. Then 3rd technical round was scheduled on Saturday, interviews asked to develop an application in react to display the live log, did it within the time. Then again no follow up, no feedback, reached out to recruiter for 3-4 times, her response was, she is yet to receive the feedback from the team. When you don't have any plans for hiring, then why are you wasting our time.
