The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Upstox Display Stock Listing Assignment with architecture pattern. Android round based on assignment(1 hr round) Android Architecture (1 hr round) System Design round(1hr) Hiring Manager HR After clearing System Design round for 2hours by Architect HR Feedback was : 1)We will not be able to proceed for selected designation saying that is was not that great, but can lower the designation. 2)Detailed flow was missing(System Design can never be detailed) 3)BE knowledge about system design is also required(Interviewer expecting table schema & all of that stuff, numbers of API)😂😂 My suggestion is not to waste time of candidate after having so much number of rounds. Try this company if you are full stack pro developer or Google level developer even though if you have applied only for mobile application developer. My Feedback: HR was very kind but please improve technical recruitment process & it is perfectly fine to not give 100 percent correct answer rather focus on what candidate is bringing on floor for the skills he/she is hired, because skills can be learned but rejecting after so many rounds is not so cool.
