The interview process was stellar. The recruiter was direct, clear and super well organized throughout. My interview took place during the pandemic so a good portion was done via Zoom, but the entire team I spoke with was warm, comfortable and energized. Ultimately I did not decide to take the position due to a competing offer. But want to be clear that it came down to a career choice and had absolutely nothing to do with what Upstart presented me. From my perspective anyone would be super lucky and happy to join this company.
