I was out of job and actively seeking a new job, they gave me an offer. I talked to current and past employees who gave negative feedback about culture, nature of work and career growth. so i rejected the offer. Process was very simple and fast. it seemed they were in hurry to hire. I think it is so because they dont want candidates to talk to anyone since they know the feedback is negative. 1)first round was with HR. 2)next interview was with a program manager and senior program manager. 3)last round was with CEO.

The Process was quick and smooth, they will require a case study to work on and you will have to be able to take them through the same for the first round. Got rejected in the Technical Round, as they were expecting a very strong process oriented & structured candidate. I wasnt as i previously worked at a small team'd startup and we used to exectute things results oriented. But the process was smooth and i wish alot of companies adopt this mode. This whole process took 3-4 days
