I was interviewed via Skype for the position. I thought it went very well. I never heard anything back from them although I emailed and called several times. The process starts with a phone call with the internal recruiting team. If you pass that round then you Skype with the hiring manager. He said the next step would have been to do a mock presentation.

The interview process was seamless and professional. The recruiter kept me in the loop every step of the way. The not drawback is there are too many interviews. I had to go through 5 interviews, the last being a presentation to 5 internal management folks.

Chaotic interview process with very little structure, reflects a disorganised organisation. I had 3 'interviews', the last of which was with the CSO, after which I was completely ghosted by everyone I had spoken to previously despite chasing multiple times. If this is how they treat people they're trying to attract to the organisation I hate to think how they treat employees. Avoid

4 interview process which is too long and unstructured. The first was a general screen from their internal recruitment team which was fine. The second with someone from Texas which was reasonably structured. The 3rd with someone in the UK which had no structure and was basically him trying to put you off the job and slagging off the company. He didn't really ask any questions? I was told I would get a 4th interview with their CSO and was then asked my availability the following work day. I was then ignored for 2 weeks. I then got an automated email turning me away. No idea why or no real communication. Terrible company - stay away.
