Less than 10 minute interview with recruiting director and a 30 minute zoom follow up with the hiring manager and team lead. Application to 2nd interview took less than a week. I am pretty sure the hiring manager did not have my resume in front of him and was moving around his office, distracted during the meeting. The interview was not technical at all and I felt like they didn't get a good impression of my work experience and skills. I got a sense that they were decent guys but the interview was a bit superficial. I sent a follow up email to the recruiter a week later to express my continued interest in the job and asked about their hiring timeline as I was entertaining another offer. The recruiter never responded to my email and never sent a courtesy rejection message.
