More interested in getting to know you and less interested about throwing curve balls. I submitted my resume and received an email from the Hiring Manager saying the team was interested in speaking to me, could I provide dates and times I’m available for an interview. I promptly responded to the email with the requested information. I never heard back…..

It's pretty standard and without pressure: You must go and register with the agency by filling out all of the standard employment forms, an interviewer asks about your experience and what you are looking for, and then you will be added tot the database, and you'll be emailed if/when a review project comes up.
