The questions and format of the interviews were pretty typical but there were several weeks without any reply between interviews. When the next interview was finally scheduled, it was rescheduled last minute. On the reschedule date, the person joined late with no explanation and seemed a bit disheveled and not interested in our interview. I then received a rejection email which I thought was odd because there was no feedback and I was very arguably overqualified for the role.
