Not truly a district manager position as advertised. This is a territory sales position no higher then an account executive at most companies. There is no salary or base pay, despite them using terms like "initial pay". Their office address is not were it is registered on Google, at least for the one in my area. The hiring manager was unresponsive on day of interview for when you are sent to the wrong location. The initial interview is them just giving you a sales pitch with no real questions or screening of prior experience. I probably could have said I was high-school student and still have gotten a final interview, because all they really want is for you to do is pay into licensing and to make as many sales as possible before you inevitability have your contract terminated as soon as your numbers drop since this is a 1099 role. These types of incentive only sales jobs really should be illegal as they are just getting around labor and employee tax laws to exploit hardworking people that may not fully understand proper business structure. Please don't waste your time, you are worth being paid for the work do and the time you invest to do it not just the results that may or may not pan out!
