This was a pretty standard interview process. I met with 3 different interviewers in a large conference room. The interviewers were friendly, but with some of the questions they asked it felt like they were trying to trick me.

Phone interview then in-person interview. Got stood up for the initial phone screen (red flag #1), connected with the person a few days later and had the interview. Shortly afterwards, was asked to come in and have in-person with members of the leadership team. Got there and only met with 1 person who was completely unprepared - had clearly never seen my resume before and was unfamiliar with specific requirements of the position (red flag #2). Asked me about 3-4 of the most uninteresting questions and then told me they were still screening people. Few days later got a generic "thanks for applying" robo-email which I felt was unprofessional after I spent time talking with 2 different people from their company. Maybe I'm better off based on how disorganized they seem.

I interviewed with a recruiter who was extremely nice and helpful. The interview was like any typical interview, as long as you are prepared it is not difficult. They are a great company to start at right after college or if you are looking to continue your professional career. Unfortunately at the time of my interview there were not many job openings, but because it was such a positive experience I will consider working for them in the future if a position becomes available or of any desirable opportunities arise.
