I was not filtered by HR in September for a position, that I was filtered in May. How is that possible? How can the same person be a good fit in May and not be a good fit less than 4 months after?

Interesting interview, highly skilled people and good interaction with the HR manager. It took about 1 hour. The interview was carried on online, using a video communication software. Kind and accomdating experience.
