Had the initial phone screen and then followed by pair programming, live coding interview. An incredibly confusing and bad interview experience and they won't care about informing you, you didn't get it after the interview. To give you an idea without going into minor details, in that Typescript coding assessment, the engineer interviewing said something like "don't use promises". So I did not, but after 15 mins, after I solved another problem without using promises, he said why didn't you use promises? The interview experience was just bad and confusing. Also the fact that I did not hear back from them after that interview, just tells me that they do not value candidate's time. So please avoid.

I was asked basic technical questions and provided thorough and accurate answers. However I found that when it was my turn to ask questions, specifically about the team's and company's structure, there seemed to be a reluctance from the interviewer to provide detailed responses. This lack of transparency and openness to discussing important aspects of the role and company culture was concerning to me. Apart from that, despite applying directly through the portal, there was a lack of communication regarding the next stages of the interview process or any feedback for the first round in case it was unsuccessful.
