First I had a phone screen that lasted about 20-30 min and then had an in person interview. I was interviewed by 3 people. In the end I never heard back

2 step interview process. The people working at Univision are mostly very young. Laid back environment. The first interview was very basic with the most common interview questions, tell me about yourself, achievements, future goals, etc. The second part was more formal but lasted around 30 minutes as well.

Went to the office twice to meet with multiple members of the team. Spoke to each person for 15-30 minutes. Combination of job explanation and interview questions. Kept wanting me to return to the office even though I met with multiple executives.
I interviewed with the person that would become my boss and with the Directo of Sales. The interviews lasted approximately 10 minutes each and started with the base of questions; school and projects, future goals etc
