Two rounds one with HR department and then another interview with the department lead you are looking to join. It was super friendly super insightful and very focused on what your goals and aspirations are for the future and how you and the company can supplement each other

I had an initial phone screen with HR. Afterwards I had a two on one phone interview with a director and manager. Third round was a casual interview and they gave me the job offer halfway into the conversation.

I was referred by a current Univision employee and then contacted right away by an HR employee. After this, I was scheduled for a very informal interview/phone conversation. I was then contacted a month later for another phone interview. The questions were very general, nothing out of the ordinary
