It took 2 months to get an answer but finally it worked. Well organized screening process of PhD applicant. Made sure applicant know what they want to realize, and inform about what to expect; warn of possible difficulties. The motivation must be yours, they will take no risk for you.

The processus is very fast and straight forward. I'd say it's very team dependant. I've been asked minimum questions, no difficulty, from my experience they would basically accept anybody showing minimum enthousiasm and a master degree.

It was not an official interview.I didn't have many questions because I did my internship before starting my Ph.D in the clean room, thus my director already knew me. He just wanted to know when i would be ready to start the project.
