The process begins with an application. If they like you then you will get to sign up for a group interview consisting of activities. They will observe how you interact with other people and what role you play in group settings. You don't always have to be the most outspoken person; it does not put you in better position. Then you will sign up for a panel interview consisting of 3-6 people from dorm staff , dean of student and campus faculty.
