It was a PhD interview and it involved a lab tour and about a 25 minute interview, where I presented some of my previous research and did a journal club style presentation.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. I first submitted an online application, followed by an interview with the prospective supervisor and a panel of faculty members. The discussion focused on my academic background, research interests, and motivation for pursuing the PhD. The atmosphere was collegial and supportive, and they were open to questions about the project and department environment.
