First interview with HR Coordinator. Very conversational, they are interested in seeing how passionate you are about music.
Second interview with HR Director. Again, very conversational. Had a few weird questions, for example, asking what my parents did.
Third interview with Marketing Director. Very laid back interview, more wanted to see whether I would fit into the team or not.

Applied online and it took about two weeks. Talked to the recruiter and hiring manager - both were very nice and easy to talk to. Fairly casual interview - more behavioural/motivation questions rather than technical.
