I received an email request for phone interview the day after applying online. This initial call was with HR and just a general phone screen. The next step was a marathon interview with 6 different parties back to back over the course of 3 hours. Both of these steps went very smooth, everyone was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Next, I had to fill out an online skills based reference form and send to 5 people (2 required to be management level). Once those replies came in, I received a job offer, and proceeded with background check. They were very open to allowing me to pick a start date over the next 2-3 months. This was an overall positive experience. My HR contact turned a fairly involved and complicated on-boarding/interviewing phase into a very pleasant experience. My contact was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process.
