The interview consisted of a panel interview with leadership of the district. They let you know by the end of the interview, if you are hired or not. It was a simple process but not reflective of the work environment

I had one interview with the principal and was hired on the spot. They mostly asked about my experience and how I would handle the classroom. Everyone was very friendly.
