To be honest, they seem to follow a pretty weird process : - Your application will be received, but you will get no confirmation at all. Other companies usually send you an automatic email so that you are sure they have received your application. - If your CV is considered worthy, it is possible that the HR manager will add you on LinkedIn… but never contact you or give you feedback on your application. This interaction is bit disturbing….maybe they are still too disorganised ? Conclusion: please do not expect any answer if you apply and your CV is not selected.
