The recruiter emailed me and set up an interview, then cancelled the interview 30 minutes prior via text. She then sent me an email and asked to reschedule the interview. She then was late and called me 20 minutes after our interview was supposed to start with a ridiculous excuse. This was for an exec-level role and she seriously showed me no respect or consideration for my time…hence I was no longer interested in the opportunity. If this is how HR behaves and an Executive Recruiter who is the first contact with the company…I can just imagine how awful and unprofessional the culture is here. Hard no for me!
