The first reach out was via linkedin asking me to apply to the job. Once I applied, the interview process started with a phone screen with the recruiter. After she described the position to me, and asked questions about my experience I moved onto to other rounds. Later, there were several rounds of in-person interviews, culminating with the head of HR.
